Facility Calendar
We use a "first-with-a-deposit" method to determine who may rent a particular date or time. Once our Facility Manager has compared your request against any others under consideration you will be contacted about your request. Your event will only considered confirmed when our Office Manager has a signed Rental Contract. All other discussions are considered tentative until a Rental Contract has been signed and a deposit payment received. Rental rates appear elsewhere in our "Contact" page
